What is the mechanism of Esurfier?
Emulsification. Esurfier facilitates oil emulsification in water, resulting in smaller fat droplets to increase lipase contact area.
• Activating lipase. Esurfier activates lipase, resulting in improved enzymatic hydrolysis, breaking fat droplets into two free fatty acids and monoglycerides.
• Mixed micelle formation. Esurfier facilitates mixed micellae creation, enabling efficient fatty acid absorption.
