Usage Guidelines for Beef Cattle
Transition period — 100g per head per day, top-dressed or mixed into feed. Relieves transport and relocation stress.
Growing period — 20kg per ton of concentrate. Supports protein synthesis and bone growth.
Finishing period — 20kg per ton of concentrate. Optimizes rumen metabolism, increases weight gain, and shortens time to market.
Usage Guidelines for Sheep
Transition period — 10 to 15g per head per day, top-dressed or mixed into feed.
Early fattening (under 35kg) — 10g per head per day.
Late fattening (over 35kg) — 15g per head per day.
For replacing Aureomycin — For the first 20 days, combine Aureomycin (6 to 10g per head per day) with Osberley Fermented Premix (10g per head per day). After day 20, discontinue Aureomycin. Use 10g of Osberley Fermented Premix per head per day under 35kg, and 15g over 35kg.
Trial Data – Beef Cattle
Trial period — October 30 to December 4, 2022 (36 days). Location — Jilin Province, China. Animals — 80 Simmental beef cattle, approximately 300kg starting weight.
Design — Experimental group received 2% Osberley Fermented Premix in concentrate. Control group received base diet only.
Results — Initial average weight: Osberley group 745.67 kg per head, control group 739.00 kg per head. Final average weight: Osberley group 813.33 kg per head, control group 792.67 kg per head. Average daily gain: Osberley group 1.92 kg per head, control group 1.53 kg per head.
